Evaluations are only required for dogs booking daycare or overnight boarding. Grooming services do not require an evaluation, but you'll still need to register through Gingr before your pet's appointment.

Your dog will spend a full day with our team so we can observe their behaviour, temperament, and comfort in group or individual settings. This helps us ensure your pup is a good fit for daycare and allows us to recommend the right care structure for their personality and play style.

To keep your pup familiar with our team and environment, we recommend attending at least twice a month. If your dog hasn't visited in over 6 months, they'll need a re-evaluation before rejoining group play or boarding.

• For dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), Bordetella (must be renewed every 6 months)
• For cats: Rabies, FVRCP

We also recommend the Canine Influenza vaccine for dogs, though it is not required.

Yes, all dogs over 7 months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play and boarding. Unaltered pets may still be eligible for grooming services.

Yes, puppies must be at least 16 weeks old and have received two rounds of core vaccinations to be eligible for services. Additional details will be confirmed during registration.

Yes, we can administer most oral and topical medications during your pet's stay. Injections (such as insulin) are available for an additional $1 per injection. However, we are unable to accommodate diabetic pets requiring time-sensitive insulin administration.
