All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations for Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo. Proof is required before check-in.

We kindly ask that you limit your pet's belongings to essentials like food, medications, a leash, and a collar. Each guest receives clean, cozy bedding and daily room service to ensure a fresh, hygienic stay. We sanitize all toys, bedding, and equipment daily to keep everyone safe and healthy.

We're happy to administer oral or topical medications as needed—just bring them in clearly labeled original packaging. Injections can be provided for an additional $1 per administration. Please note we are unable to accommodate pets with diabetes due to the timing and care requirements involved.

For safety reasons, dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play. Unaltered pets are still welcome to stay overnight, and we'll ensure they get the love and attention they need in a private setting.

All new guests must complete our new client registration process before their first stay, this includes a one-time social evaluation. It's an easy, friendly visit that helps us learn about their temperament and play style so we can place them in the right playgroup or create a personalized plan. Once your pet is registered and passed their evaluation, you'll be able to book stays and services through our Gingr client portal anytime.
