Online Booking with Gingr

The Petropolitan uses an online platform called Gingr to manage our reservations. It's an easy-to-use platform widely used in the pet care industry.

We've put together a couple of quick start guides and some FAQs about the online booking system to walk you through how to request any of our services. If at any time you have questions that are not answered by the guide or you run into trouble completing something in the portal, please don't hesitate to call us, and we will be happy to assist you!

Brand New Clients

If you are brand new to The Petropolitan and have never used our services before - welcome! We're so happy you're interested in our services.

You can click here to be taken to our Customer Portal main page, where you’ll enter your email address and a password, then hit the “Sign Up” button. You’ll then be directed to a registration form, and once you fill that out, we’ll be in touch soon to discuss the next steps!

Before registering, please refer to our requirements on our Daycare or Boarding page to make sure your dog is eligible to come have fun with us!

If you’d prefer to use our app instead of your browser, you can find it here for iPhone users or here for Android users, and you’ll enter the invite code "251567” for our Downtown location and "789301" for our Killarney location to find our facility.

Existing Clients

If you are a current client and this is your first time using our online software, we’re happy you’re giving our online booking a chance! We really hope you’ll enjoy making reservations this way.

You can click here to be taken to our Customer Portal main page. You’ll enter your email address and a new password, then hit the Sign Up button. You’ll then be redirected to a registration form, and after filling that out, you’ll be able to book your appointments online from here on out!

If you receive a message saying you already have an account, it’s because we’ve already made one for you! If you’ve brought your dog to us recently, then we’ve done most of the work for you already. All you have to do is hit “Reset Password,” create a new password, and then select “Login” after entering your new login info to access your preexisting profile.

Quick Actions

Request Services is how you can quickly access daycare, boarding, and salon services.
Upload Files is the best way to update vaccinations in our system by uploading paperwork with vaccination names and dates clearly visible.
Edit My Account is where to go if you moved, changed your phone number, or need to add a new dog.

My Account

Although there are many menu options under this heading, we're only highlighting a few that we believe to be very useful!

Purchase Package & Retail option in this menu allows you to buy packages like daycare or add snack stand items to your pet's reservation from the convenience of your home and without having to call in a card number.
Cards on File enables you to manage any cards you want us to keep on file to make purchases or pay deposits without calling in.

My Reservations

View presents your entire history with The Petropolitan for all of our services.
Deposits allow you to manage any deposits, open or otherwise, that you might have for requested boarding reservations.
Request Services is yet another place where you can request any of our services (Gingr really tries to make this easy for you!).
