Reservation Requests
Ready to join the fun at The Petropolitan?! New clients can register and existing clients can update files and make reservation requests with the click of a button any time! We recommend completing your pet's online registration on a desktop computer or tablet as completing the fields on a mobile device can prove a challenge.
NEW CLIENTS: Reservations cannot be made until vaccinations have been received and waivers signed. Vaccinations must be submitted to concierge@thepetropolitan.ca in electronic form for verification. Please do not submit vaccinations that are hand written without expiry dates. Alternatively, we can contact your vet clinic for verification.
CURRENT CLIENTS: Please note, only daycare reservations can be made online in a self-serve fashion. Overnight hotel stays and all grooming appointments must be made by calling 587-779-8900 or emailing concierge@thepetropolitan.ca.
